Moneypenny’s Night Work

In Casino Royale 1967, Miss Moneypenny has the onerous job of evaluating the attractiveness of the Secret Service’s hottest male agents. It’s thirsty work but this drink should help.

This is one of seven Martinis I invented after being inspired by the seven James Bonds at the heart of the 1967 Casino Royale.

To make a MONEYPENNY'S NIGHT WORK

Essentially, make a Margarita and substitute the tequila for gin. Works surprisingly well.

Rim a glass (I used blue rimming salt from @drinkstuff to evoke Moneypenny's nightdress)

Put the following in a shaker with large ice:

60ml dry London gin
15ml blue Curaçao
15ml Cointreau
20ml lime juice

Shake and strain into the rimmed glass
