A classic Martini made with Campion gin. Pick some up the next time you’re on an exercise in Gibraltar.

Campion gin includes an extremely rare botanical, a Campion flower which only grows there, on the Rock itself. It’s a superb gin which deserves to be savoured so don’t go overboard with your chosen dry vermouth. Freeze the Campion gin in advance so you don’t need to shake it or - for that matter - stir.
