Aston Montenegroni

Make a Negroni but swap out one of the ingredients for Amaro Montenegro and you’ll have a winning hand. Just don’t take the Aston Martin for a spin after drinking it.

A regular Negroni is:

1 measure of London dry gin
1 measure of Campari
1 measure of Italian (red) vermouth

Stirred over ice

It's hard to improve on perfection but try swapping out either the vermouth or the Campari for Amaro. Swapping out the Campari makes this drink more distinctively different than a regular Negroni (credit to my husband for that one).
